We will prepare all the Court documents you need for a divorce application (legally called an Application for Dissolution of Marriage).  Applications can be 'joint' if you both plan to sign the papers, or 'sole' if only you will sign them.  Sole applications will need to be served on your spouse, so you will need to know how to get in touch with them.
